Niall Grady was appointed Chief Compliance Officer, Prudential Corporation Asia (“PCA”) in January 2017. Prior to his appointment, Niall was Chief Risk Officer of Eastspring Investments, Singapore Ltd, the Asian asset management business of Prudential plc, where he was responsible for Legal, Risk & Compliance. Before joining Eastspring Investments in 2013, Niall was Regional Director of Enterprise Risk Management (“ERM”) for PCA responsible for the Risk Management Framework, the Solvency II project and Operational Risk. Niall joined Prudential Plc in 2007 before which he spent 10 years at Ford Credit plc, a wholly owned financial services subsidiary of Ford Motor Co specializing in automotive finance.

Niall has 19 years of financial industry experience and a degree in Financial Services from the University of Manchester (UK) business school and is a Chartered Associate of Institute of Financial Services (ACIF).

Nigel Clark is Regional Director, Commercial Management at Prudential Corporation Asia. Nigel’s responsibilities include corporate property and the oversight of Prudential’s shared service centre in Singapore. Nigel is a member of several of PCA’s local boards and audit committees.

Nigel joined Prudential in 2003 and has undertaken a variety of senior management roles in the Regional Head Office, Japan Life, Vietnam Consumer Finance Company, Prudential Services Singapore and Prudential Services Asia in Malaysia.

Prior to joining Prudential, Nigel held senior finance positions in banks and life insurance companies in the UK, Australia, Vietnam and Malaysia.

Nigel qualified as Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants with a London based accountancy practice and holds a Diploma inNon-Executive Directorship.

Steve has 30-year experience and worked for a number of insurers and financial services firms with extensive experience in various functions.
Steve received his MBA from City University of London in 1997 and completed a Finance for Senior Executives program from the Asian Institute of Management in Philippines. Prior to that, he received Trustee Certification from Pensions Management Institute (PMI) in London.

Atul was appointed as CEO in February 2017. He has been with Prudential Vietnam Finance Company since October 2008; before elevation as CEO, he was Head of Sales & Marketing. He has an extensive experience in consumer finance industry. Before joining Prudential, he had worked with CitiFinancial India in various functional areas such as Sales, Collections, Product Management and Branch Network.

Atul received his Post Graduate diploma in Business Management from Institute of Finance & International Management (IFIM), Bangalore (India) in 1997.

Ying Teoh is the Chief Performance Officer, Insurance of Prudential Corporation Asia, responsible for strategic and performance management to support PCA’s delivery of consistent, sustainable and profitable growth. Ying has extensive insurance exposure in six markets in Asia Pacific, covering Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Australia and New Zealand. Her more than 20 years of experience in the industry includes senior roles in different functions including actuarial, risk management, product development and product pricing, and investment management.

Her last role prior to joining Prudential was Chief Risk Officer for ING Life Korea. Ying is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.
