Key accountabilities 

 

Key Accountabilities

(a)  DS HCMC Governance

-       Responsible for creating and maintaining a sustainable and high performed DS HCMC, focusing on the target area as per company’s direction

-       Responsible for developing and coaching for a highly well trained and professional management team as well as sales agents for the channel

-       Responsible for the disciplinary framework as well as the business continuity under any circumstance of the channel

-       Responsible for developing and maintaining a powerful tracking system which benefit sales performance as well as management purpose

-       Responsible for the compliance and integrity business manner of the channel

-       Responsible for implementing and execution of the vision, mission and business direction of the company to the channel

-       Responsible for creating and maintaining a healthy working culture of the channel

-       Responsible for the business performance of the channel

 

(b)   DS HCMC sales performance  

-       Responsible for recruiting and running the channel with full capacity as designed

-       Responsible for driving and delivering sales number as assigned by the Head of S&M

-       Responsible for keeping fraud under control for the sales channel

-       Responsible for managing the cost assigned for the channel

-       Responsible for finding new avenues to increase sales for the organization

 

 

Background Specification

 Qualification:

  • Bachelor Degree, Business Management/ Sales/ Marketing is a must
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years marketing management experience, sales operations or consulting work experience, if the person has worked in the credit card industry it would be an added advantage.

 Knowledge: Sound knowledge of financial services

 Skills: Sales, leadership, Analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, communication. Ability to effectively operate and lead a high performance team in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.

 Language Proficiency Apart from having proficiency in Vietnamese language proficiency person should be proficient in reading, speaking and writing in English Language

Job Summary

 

Sales Training is an integral part of the Nationwide Sales force. In this role, the Sales Training Supervisor will support Sales Training Manger to deliver the objective of enhancing employees’ skills, optimizing performance, productivity and quality of work of Sales force. His/her key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering sales training to ensure the relevant sales training programs in plan.
  • Providing coaching new/revised training to key line trainers, observing & providing feedback to key line trainers in sales training programs.
  • Measuring sales training programs qualification and training results.

 

 

Key accountabilities 

 

His/her other key accountabilities include:

  • Conduct training need analysis for sales and relevant training programs
  • Deliver sales & relevant training programs.
  • Demo, coach to enable line trainers to conduct relevant sales training programs
  • Observe and provide feedback to line trainer for relevant sales training programs 
  • Participate in developing sales and relevant training programs for sales
  • Join field work/field trips to understand the business and gain more insights for training
  • Develop new training materials and assessment tools for training evaluation
  • Participate in Training projects & other assignments from Sales Training Manager

 

 

Background Specification

 

1.   Education background

-     Bachelor Degree (Training/ Finance is a plus)

2.   Minimum Experience

-     1-2 years experiences in training.

-     1 year in similar position.

 

3.   Knowledge, Competencies, Skills

 

-      Strong in analysis & presenting ideas

-      Well-structured communication

-      Good in English & fluent in Vietnamese

-      Good interpersonal and convincing

-      Strong in both making & answering questions

The role is also responsible for seeking possible opportunities to promote and improve Fields Sales.

Key accountabilities 

  • Sales planning-Setting up SMART target for sales team, contributing to company sales forecast. Proactively propose/ contribute to micro-marketing.
  • Sales execution-Ensure that the sales plan, events, activities… are well briefed to sales team and completely & effectively executed in the field.
  • Sales analysis-Perform sales analysis on monthly basis to ensure both gaps and potentials are identified and proper actions are taken to maximize sales achievements.
  • Team motivation-To ensure incentive schemes are properly run, the best performers will be recognized and rewarded

Background Specification

  1. Education Background  :University Graduate, Business Management or Marketing subjects are advantages  
  2. Minimum Experience     : At least 3 years of relevant experience in Consumer finance and retail banking 
  3. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge , Skill, Abilities)
  • Basic knowledge          :  Consumer Finance, banking knowledge preferred    
  • Competencies             : Leadership in both team environment and individual, Interpersonal Communication skill, Teamwork spirit motivation skill.
  • Computer skill             : MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and knowledge of CRM
