Job Summary

Actively support CA and CFO to manage and direct the treasury activities, including but not limited to: optimizing capital structure, financing transactions, communicate & maintain strong relationships with investors/banks.

Key accountabilities

  • Successfully implement treasury strategy and policies set by Group Treasury and local management
  • Coordinate with Business Planning & Analysis team to analyse the current and future funding requirements to support business growth
  • Report to ALCO on liquidity risk and interest rate risk, set up and maintain standard rules for liquidity and interest rate risk management
  • Coordinate with Accounting team to maintain regulatory compliance related to prudential ratios and safety limits for credit institutions
  • Build and maintain positive relationship with investors and banks
  • Manage processes of corporate bond and CD issuance in addition to borrowings from banks
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time

 

Job Specification / Possible Profile

 

1.    Education Background

-       University degree with major in accounting/finance/banking/economics

-       Hold relevant certifications, e.g. CFA, CPA, ACCA or MBA is an advantage  

 

2.    Working Experience

 

-       At least 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate banking, banks’ treasury (money market exposure), asset and liabilities management, treasury in consumer finance companies

-       Practical experience in a business-driven culture and customer service oriented atmosphere and multi-national corporations

-       Experience in managing group/regional reporting and approval processes

 

3.    Knowledge

 

-       Familiar with funding mobilization process and documentation

-       Banking industry regulatory requirements, including but not limit to prudential ratios and safety limits for credit institutions

-       Full understanding on compliance related matters: conflict of interest, anti-bribery & corruption, anti-money laundering & countering terrorism financing, anti-fraud

 

4.    Skills

-       Demonstrate strong leadership and creative thinking

-       Good financial and business acumen

-       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

-       Advanced English and Vietnamese languages

-       An effective team player

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT OFFICER

Key Accountabilities

 

Agent’s compensation calculation for Sales, CIU

·         Monitor agent’s related data from various teams which focus on integrity and accuracy of the data.

·         Process agent’s fixed income/incentive calculation as per company’s policy and approved Incentive schemes.

·         Prepare monthly payroll of each channel, including calculation of personal income tax for agent as per prevailing tax regulations.

·         Prepare monthly actual payout of each channel

·         Estimate agent cost for monthly cost accrual.

 

Agent’s cost monitoring

·         Review and provide cost impact of any incentive scheme.

·         Monitor actual payment vs. estimation for further improvement process.

 

Agent’s Personal income tax

  • Prepare "05_KK_TNCN" tax form,"Bang ke TNCN" of agent.
  • Prepare data, print Personal Income Tax Deduction Invoice & Income Statement for Sales, CIUs, CCUs

Ad-hoc / Others

·         Be ready for internal and external audit queries regarding to agent payroll;

·         Be ready for ad-hoc requests

 

 

Job Specification / Possible Profile

Qualification:

  • University graduate major in statistics, IT, mathematics, Finance
  • Possessing SAS Certification is an advantage

Experience:

  • Working experience in Finance, MIS or managing incentive schemes is an advantage.

Knowledge:

  • Expertise in spreadsheets, computation skills.
  • Knowledge SQL/SAS.
  • Understanding of consumer finance is an advantage.

Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
  • Ability to work under pressure in a performance-oriented environment and has the ability to multi-task
  • Detail-oriented yet to be able to perform tasks quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to work independently as well as a team player.
